Mostly work for low end pc users.
*this method reduce steam client resource usage by disabling steam store, profile, community, etc..
Steps
1. fully close steam client.
2. duplicate Steam desktop shortcut and go to properties
3. then add " -no-browser" end of target section without quotes and add space between
path and code.
Example: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe" -no-browser
4. rename new shortcut then launch steam from shortcut that you created.
5. right now steam store,profile,community, etc.. not working.
6. go to View tab and enable Small mode to access library and launch games.
